WHAT IS Timed Ticketing?

Timed Ticketing is a new way to enter the haunted houses and virtually eliminate your wait in the lines.

Here are the steps to timed ticketing:

1) Order ticket online for a specific time and print your receipt

2) At your scheduled time, bring printed receipt to VIP / Online Ticket window (window #3). Do not wait in the main ticket line!

NOTE: The time period that you purchase is the time you need to be at our ticket booth for tickets. You will generally enter your first haunted house within 15 minutes of receiving your printed tickets. You must be at the ticket window no later than 15 minutes of your scheduled time or your tickets will be exchanged for General Admission tickets.

3) Receive printed tickets and proceed to the VIP / Timed Ticket line for your first event. You must proceed through haunted houses in the order specified on your printed ticket.

4) Joke and laugh about all the time you just saved not waiting in the Ticketing line or the General Admission lines for each haunted house!

FAQ's:

What if I don't show up within 15 minutes of my scheduled time or I can't use the ticket when I bought it for?

Your timed ticket will be exchanged for general admission tickets good for any night of this season and you will have to wait in the General Admission line.

Can I buy Timed Tickets once I get the the Burial Chamber?

No. Timed Tickets will only be available online. The only way to get into the haunted houses faster once you are on site is to purchase VIP tickets (subject to availability).

Do I have to go through all the open Haunted Houses?

Yes. In order for us to move Timed Ticket groups through in a predictable way, customers must go through all events in the same order.

Why is Burial Chamber offering Timed Ticketing?

We continually look for new ways for people to enjoy their visit to our haunted house complex. For some, line wait is an issue. This option allows those people that would like to avoid the wait a fantastic option.

What if I want to go on the Burial Simulators in addition to the Haunted Houses?

You will be able to add the Burial Simulators to your shopping cart as an additional item, or you can purchase the upgrade at the Timed Ticket window.
