FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you close the haunted houses at your posted hours? No, we close the ticket booth at the posted hours, but the haunted houses close when the line ends. Just note that there may be situations on slow nights that everything closes at the posted time and you may be refused entry so try to come at least 20 minutes prior to closing time to ensure entry.
Can I use my ticket on a different night? Yes, the tickets are good for the season. However, timed tickets will be converted to regular admission tickets if they aren't used during their scheduled time period.
If I buy a ticket online, do they get sent to me or where do I pick them up? No, tickets bought online will allow you to print a reciept. You then take that reciept (or your phone to show the receipt) to the Online ticket window. They will verify your purchase with your photo ID and Credit Card, and then give you the appropriate tickets.
Is it scary and if I'm under 12 can I still go through? Yes, it's scary. We definitely don't recommend our haunted houses as a starter haunted house unless the kids are used to being scared. If the kids are under 12 they can go through with an adult. Keep in mind, being scared is the fun part, but it's important to understand that you WILL be scared and startled here by loud noises, characters coming from all angles, strange sounds, cramped places, and many other unnerving situations...
How can I work here? You must be at least 18. Apply online at our HIRING PAGE.
Which haunted house is the scariest? Each haunted house has a different feel and attack style. We want to make sure that you have a completely different experience as you go through each of our haunted houses. That being said, it's hard to say which is the scariest or best since it all depends on what scares you. For a general description of each house, look at our Attractions page.
Can I upgrade to a QuickPass ticket? Yes, you can upgrade to a QuickPass ticket by going to any of the ticketing windows (including the Online window). Please note that upgrades may be limited on busy nights.
When is the best time to come to avoid long lines? Typically the lines are shortest early in the season or on Wednesday, Thursday, or Sundays. The lines are usually the longest the 3rd weekend in October. (NOT Halloween weekend!!)
Do you use strobe lights, fog, or disorienting effects? Yes, we use all of these items, as well as loud noises as you come through our place. If you feel that any of these will affect you in adverse ways, please do NOT come through our place.
Is it ok to come through if I'm pregnant? No, please wait and visit us next season. Although it'd make good PR, we'd hate to have to deliver a baby inside the haunted house, and of course want to make sure that nothing happens to your unborn child.
Can I come through if I'm disabled (Have any form of cast, using crutches, canes, back or neck issues, are confined to a wheelchair, or any other condition that makes it hard to walk or navigate)? No, unfortunately the dark environment requires people to be able to navigate through areas and passages that you need full mobility to go through so if you have any of the listed conditions or aren't in good health, please do NOT come through.
Do you offer group rates? Yes, please refer to our ticketing page.
How can I ask a question that's not listed? Please contact us at the e-mail listed on the bottom of the page.
