Do I need to purchase my tickets online?
No, all tickets, with the exception of the Spend the night package, can be purchased either online, or on-site at our ticket booth.
If I purchase online, do I need to select a specific date and time ?
No, we have removed the requirement to select a specific date and time.
How do I redeem my online tickets?
You must go to the General Admission ticket window with your order number and ID and they can print your hard copy tickets for you while on site. If you purchased Quickpass tickets, or would like to upgrade to Quickpass tickets, proceed to the shorter Quickpass ticket line for service.
Is everything open nightly?
No, in order to be sure we are fully staffed, we've chosen to close one of the indoor haunted houses nightly.
What payment types do you accept onsite?
We accept cash, credit, and debit. Checks will not be accepted.
When should I arrive?
Typically the shortest lines are at the beginning of the night. If you plan on going through multiple events, be sure to arrive no later than 10:30pm to ensure you can make it through.
How do Quickpass tickets work?
Quickpass tickets allow you to skip all of the general admission lines and go to the much shorter quickpass lines instead (including ticketing!)
I'm not sure if I should get Quickpass or not. What do you recommend?
We recommend coming to our location and looking at the admission lines. If it's busy, you can decide to upgrade or purchase Quickpass tickets, otherwise, just get general admission tickets. Typically, if you are going through multiple events, the Quickpass option can be a great one for those that don't like waiting in general admission lines.
Can I upgrade my tickets to Quickpass?
Yes, you can upgrade your tickets at any time. Just proceed to the Quickpass ticket window and they help you out.
Do I have to pick a specific date or time for my tickets?
This year we have eliminated the need to pick a date or time for your tickets. Your purchased tickets are good for the number of events that you purchased and can be used any night of this season.
Can I use my multiple event ticket on multiple nights?
Yes, the tickets are good through the end of the season, and you can choose to go through your purchased number of events 1 time each on any night in the season. (This does NOT mean you can go through more events than you purchased! For example, a 3 event ticket means you can go through 3 events one time, and could be 2 events on one night and 1 event on a different night.)

How we store and protect the information we collect:
We store your contact information you provide to us electronically in our databases so we can offer you special offers and discounts in the future. We do not store any credit card information or any other personal information. Firewalls and security gatekeepers control access to any and all servers used in your transactions.

All tickets have a non-refundable processing fee that will be charged at the time of purchase. This will be listed as "Processing Fee" on your reciept. This processing fee can be avoided by purchasing at our on-site ticket booth.
All tickets (including those purchased at our on-site ticket booth) are non-refundable, and can be used any night within the current operating season. For questions or concerns please send us an e-mail.

BLACKOUT Nights let you experience Adrenaline Haunted House in the dark! Each group will get an LED candle and have to make their way through the pitch black maze of monsters. It's going to be AWESOME! (Note: Phobia Haunted Woods, Insanity Haunted House, and Trapped Buried Alive will have standard scenic lighting)

NOTE: When visiting Burial Chamber Haunted House Complex, you will experience intense audio & lighting, extreme low visibility, uneven walkways, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, close proximity and interaction with live actors, and a physically demanding environment. You should not participate if you are pregnant, have claustrophobia, are prone to seizures, or have heart or respiratory problems. You will not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or are wearing any form of cast, medical brace or crutches.
No photography or video allowed inside the haunted houses without prior approval. No smoking, drinking or eating inside the haunted houses. No running, touching props, and do not touch the actors.
If you violate any of these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund. There are NO REFUNDS. Enter at your own risk!
