Ticketing Policy
**NOTE: Online tickets sales will appear as “Chamber Entertainment LLC” or “Burial Chamber” on your credit card statement.
Most tickets can be purchased both onsite and online at the prices listed on the site.
All tickets purchased at our on-site box office or online must be redeemed on their selected arrival date. If purchaser is unable to use them on the selected night, they are able to change their ticket date for free, if they purchased the Ticket Guarantee, or for an additional charge if they didn’t purchased the guarantee at the time of purchasing the tickets. To change ticket options, use the QR Code for your sale use the ticket management page. (All tickets must be used by the last night of this season).
All sales are final. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
Processing Fees
All online tickets have a non-refundable processing fee that will be charged at the time of purchase. This will be included as “Taxes and Fees” on your receipt.
Online Sale QR Code Redemption
All online sales will have a single QR Code for the entire sale that can be scanned at any of our purchased events. If you scan and have less people in your group than the number of tickets purchased, just let the greeter know and they’ll adjust your group size accordingly to maintain the correct ticket count.
If you have any issues, or need to distribute tickets and want individual hard-copy tickets, proceed to the onsite ticket booth “Online Ticket” line and they can help you.
Cancellations
All tickets, whether purchased online or at our on-site ticket booth are non-refundable, and must be used within the current operating season.

Once purchased, tickets are good for the entire season. If you are unable to complete the events on your ticket, feel free to come back a different night this season and use them, but be sure to purchase Ticket Protection to allow you to use them on multiple nights. Your tickets are only valid for the date you’ve selected for the tickets.
To redeem your online ticket, just bring the barcode on your smartphone or printed receipt directly to the event of your choosing. If you have issues, feel free to go to the onsite ticket booth (Online Ticket line) and they can help you there.
QuickPass Tickets: QuickPass Tickets allow you to skip the general admission line and go to the much shorter QuickPass admission line! To use, show your online sale QR Code directly at the Quickpass Ticket lines to each of the events. Look for signage to guide your way. Waiting time will be dramatically reduced. Once tickets are ordered online, you can use them immediately.
How we store and protect the information we collect:
We store your contact information you provide to us electronically in our databases so we can offer you special offers and discounts in the future. We do not store any credit card information or any other personal information. Firewalls and security gatekeepers control access to any and all servers used in your transactions.
